Position Description
The Asset Management Group Intern will work with other members within Asset Management Group to perform financial analysis, assist in preparing sophisticated presentations to internal and
external stakeholders, and interact with various internal and external departments for the asset management of the existing portfolio. This is a tremendous opportunity to gain hands-on real estate experience and develop a holistic knowledge of the industry.

Responsibilities
- Assist with entry-level tasks, such as Excel modeling, drafting PowerPoints, administrative, and organizational work
- Assist with the maintenance and development of complex financial models utilizing Microsoft Excel and Argus
- Assist in interactions with and analyses for lenders, investors, ground lessors, and other stakeholders
- Attend asset tours for the existing portfolio
- Create presentations for senior management and investors summarizing property and portfolio status
- Develop a working knowledge of leases, loan documents, partnership agreements, and other agreements to assist with general responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of property budgets, quarterly reforecasts, and variance analyses
- Act as a liaison to other departments within the Company
- Interact with internal systems and software to effectuate daily responsibilities
- Provide ad hoc support to the team, including data entry, administrative tasks, and other miscellaneous assistance
- Recent Bachelors or Masters graduates with a degree from an accredited college or university
- Major in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office
- Passion for real estate and finance
- Willingness to learn in a demanding, fast-paced environment, often under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as a team member
- Ability to take initiative with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Experience in Argus is a plus, but not required
