Job Summary: Payroll Specialist
RXL is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and maintaining payroll records. This role requires strong analytical skills, confidentiality, and the ability to work collaboratively with HR and Finance teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Run full-cycle payroll for 200 employees across multiple states.
- Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees.
- Verify timekeeping records and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to management.
- Handle payroll-related inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance on benefits deductions and tax filings.
- Ensure proper handling of per diem and travel time payments.
- Additional duties assigned by management
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience running full-cycle payroll for 200 employees across multiple states.
- Bilingual (Required).
- Experience with paying per diem and travel time.
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and tax compliance.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
