Key Responsibilities
- Supervise front-end payroll functions and provide daily guidance to payroll support staff.
- Oversee multi-state payroll activities, including timekeeping, attendance, PTO, sick time, holiday hours, overtime, and payroll-related employee changes.
- Review and audit timecards, timesheets, payroll data, and timekeeping reports for missing punches, incorrect hours, duplicate entries, and other discrepancies.
- Partner with department managers, supervisors, HR, and Accounting to obtain approvals, resolve corrections, and ensure payroll data is processed accurately and on time.
- Use iSolved to manage employee payroll information, timekeeping, attendance, and payroll-related records.
- Assist with payroll reporting, audits, reconciliations, process improvements, and confidential employee payroll matters.
- Pay range: $58,000 to $65,000 per year.
