The Opportunity

Our growing team at RXL is expanding, and we’re excited to welcome an experienced, proactive, and commercially minded Marketing Manager to join us. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of marketing communications and campaigns that support both local business priorities and wider divisional initiatives.

Working closely with the business, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering RXL’s marketing strategy—translating business objectives into effective, measurable marketing activity. You will lead day-to-day marketing execution while also contributing to planning, prioritization, and continuous improvement across channels.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Digital Performance

  • Define and execute the marketing plan aligned to business and commercial objectives.
  • Lead the launch, optimization, and ongoing management of the website, including SEO, analytics, performance tracking, and content governance.
  • Own the creation and delivery of engaging content across social media, web, email, campaigns, sales materials, and case studies.

Account-Based Marketing & Commercial Enablement

  • Plan and deliver account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives and multi-channel campaigns that strengthen key account relationships, generate pipeline, and support revenue growth.
  • Partner closely with sales and commercial teams to develop messaging, sales enablement tools, and lead-nurturing activity.
  • Ensure marketing activity directly supports customer engagement, opportunity progression, and business development goals.

Communications & Brand Leadership

  • Lead internal and external communications planning, including newsletters, e-shots, leadership updates, and business communications.
  • Act as a brand guardian—ensuring consistent tone of voice, visual identity, and quality across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Support the planning and delivery of events, customer engagement activities, and key milestones where required.

Insights, Reporting & Collaboration

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, engagement, and pipeline impact using data-driven insights.
  • Use performance data to continuously optimize campaigns and improve effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, agencies, suppliers, and partners while ensuring compliance with Kingspan Group policies and governance standards.

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a B2B marketing or communications role, within the Building Materials or Construction Industry. Preferably the data center industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven experience planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to use analytics and reporting to inform decision-making and improve performance.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CMS platforms, and Microsoft Office.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of brand management, customer engagement, and value-based messaging.
  • Confident, collaborative approach with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence outcomes.

Desirable

  • Experience in account-based marketing, sales enablement, or pipeline-driven campaigns.
  • Background in data centers, construction, manufacturing, or technology sectors.
  • Familiarity with CRM and/or marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience supporting events, multimedia content, and customer case studies.
  • Previous experience mentoring or guiding junior marketing colleagues or agencies.

Salary : $70,000 - $95,000
