SHIFT:

- One opening on 1st Shift, 9 am – 5:30 pm

- One opening on 2nd Shift, 3:30 pm - 12:00 am

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipper/Receiver to support daily logistics operations, including the intake of incoming materials and the preparation of outbound shipments. This role is responsible for ensuring products are received accurately, packaged securely, and shipped in accordance with customer requirements. The position also works closely with internal teams and external carriers to support efficient and timely shipping operations.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process incoming materials and repair items, ensuring accurate receipt and proper documentation
• Package finished products, spare parts, and orders for shipment, ensuring items are properly prepared and protected for transit
• Communicate and collaborate with internal departments and external carriers to support shipping and receiving operations
• Build and assemble skids and crates to support the safe shipment of larger equipment and assemblies
• Coordinate shipping arrangements with carriers to meet delivery schedules and customer requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 5–10 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations within a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Hands-on experience building skids and crates for shipping large, heavy, or specialized equipment
• Proven experience coordinating shipping schedules and working directly with carriers to meet delivery requirements
• Ability to make sound decisions and resolve shipping or receiving issues in a timely manner
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure accuracy in shipping documentation, packaging, and order fulfillment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with internal teams and external partners
• Basic computer proficiency, including experience with shipping platforms such as UPS or similar systems
• Familiarity with packaging materials, techniques, and tools, including pneumatic staplers, nail guns, and pallet handling equipment
• Experience operating forklifts or similar material handling equipment

Pay: $24.00 - $32.20 per hour
