We are looking for mechanically inclined, production-minded team members interested in learning a trade and growing with our company. Must be able to work around moving parts and machinery and must be able to lift boxes and materials up to 60 lbs.

Education and Experience: Prefer high school education or a GED. 1-year Flexo experience prior to hiring will be beneficial.
Language skills: Must be able to communicate in English and in Spanish.
Certificates and Registrations: Must pass safety control check sheet and color chart. LOTO awareness sign off sheet. Certification on pallet jacks are required. Will be required to train on the handheld scanners.
Other: Must be able to use a calculator and understand concepts of basic math. Must be proficient at reading a ruler and distinguish colors. Must be familiar with basic small tools and pallet jacks.

Essential Duties
- Bilingual in both English and Spanish.
- Assists with translation during safety meetings and training sessions to ensure clear communication for all team members.
- Reads job orders and helps communicate when materials are needed.
- Communicates with Operators, Lead, and Supervisor in a professional manner.
- Able to perform material changes.
- Assists Operators with all wash-ups and washing of plates, along with other duties associated with these processes.
- Assists Operator with in all startup/cleanup processes on the machine.
- Willing to learn/train on specified Machinery. This includes running machinery at acceptable speeds and troubleshoot mechanical/process control problems.
- Assists Operator with the pre-mounting of their plates.
- Required to pack on machinery and assist Operator with daily duties.
- Packs to product specifications, makes up boxes for packing finished product, and labels all boxes as needed, if applicable.
- Obtains approval for startup from Quality Control or Supervision.
- Assists in taking out trash, changing gaylords, and opening/preparing input materials when applicable.
- Keeps machine and work area clean.
- Performs all duties in a safe and efficient manner.
- Have the ability to differentiate between various colors and shades as part of quality control and product inspection duties.
- Any other duties determined by management.
