- Training Pay: $120/day

RWS Logistics, a trusted FedEx Ground contractor, is urgently hiring Full-Time Delivery Drivers in the Little Rock area.
This is a fast-paced, active job delivering packages to homes and businesses along a dedicated route using a company-provided delivery vehicle.
Delivery experience is preferred but not required — paid training is provided.
Drivers with experience at Amazon, UPS, DHL, USPS, Walmart, or other delivery services are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities
- Pick up delivery vehicle and packages from the FedEx terminal in Mabelvale
- Load and organize packages for efficient delivery
- Deliver packages safely to homes and businesses
- Scan and track all deliveries using FedEx equipment
- Follow assigned routes and safety procedures
- Provide professional customer service
Routes typically serve areas including Searcy, Beebe, Ward, Brinkley, Clarendon, DeWitt, and surrounding areas.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Valid driver’s license (No CDL required)
- At least 1 year of driving experience (any vehicle type)
- Clean driving record (MVR)
- Ability to pass a drug test and DOT physical
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 150 lbs with a dolly
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Pay & Benefits
- $140–$150 per day after training

Schedule
- Monday–Saturday operation (5–6 days per week)
- Start time around 7:30 AM
- Routes typically finish around 5:30 PM
- Optional Sunday work available (double time pay)
