Job Overview
Under the direction of the Assistant Director of Administrative Services, performs all patient-related clerical duties necessary to assist the healthcare team in providing patient care. Acts as a liaison between patients and the clinical team. This includes, but is not limited to, maintaining a physician schedule, typing, scanning, telephone triage, and other clerical functions relating to patient care. Ability to cross-cover telephone assistant, pre-auth, billing clerk, and check–out.

Qualifications
Required:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Successful completion of all orientation programs
- Healthcare Experience
- College Degree
- Scheduling Experience
- Shift Working: 9:00am-5:00pm
- Day Shift
- Full-Time, 37.5 Hours Per Week
