Qualifications
Required:
- BS and/or MS in nutrition and/or dietetics
- CEDRD certified eating disorder registered dietitian preferred
- Registration Licensure Registered Dietitian
- Newly credentialed dietitians will be considered
- Experience 2 years in clinical dietetics in acute care preferred
- 1 year with eating disorder preferred
- CEDRD certified eating disorder registered dietitian preferred
- Registration Licensure Registered Dietitian
- Day Shift, 40 hours/week
- Full-time Schedule
- Participate as part of the multidisciplinary care team by providing evidence-based nutrition care and medical nutrition therapy to inpatients and or outpatients (in eating disorder unit) using an all foods fit, weight inclusive Health at Every Size approach.
- Provide individual nutrition therapy and education, group counseling and education and participate in the development of multidisciplinary treatment plans.
- Participate with Nutrition Coordinator to provide nutrition-related and/or meal monitoring training to non-RD staff.
- Assists with additional projects as assigned including those related to program development and improvement, policies, procedures, and quality assurance monitoring.
- Requires some weekends and holidays.
