Job Description
- Relays incoming and outgoing calls, monitors operations of telephone and paging systems, and ensures that telephone equipment is in working order - reporting any issues.
- Monitors emergency alarms, and communicates medical and other information to authorized recipients.
- Ability to operate the paging system, sound alarms, and announce medical / disasters / other emergencies in accordance with RWJBH policies.
