What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lifeguard/Swim Instructor - Hamilton position at RWJ Fitness & Wellness Center Hamilton?
RWJ Fitness & Wellness Center is currently seeking a lifeguard to monitor the activities in the swimming areas to prevent accidents and provide assistance to swimmers. A lifeguards duties include but are not limited to informing swimmers of unsafe areas, maintaining order in swimming areas, inspecting facilities for cleanliness, testing chemical levels and temperature.
We are also seeking Swim Instructors to teach individual and group swim lessons. We are looking for individuals who want to grow within our organization! We are a rapidly growing company with seven clubs in New Jersey!
Lifeguard pay rates start at $15.92 an hour.
Swim Instructor pay rate ranges from $17-22 an hour.
Job Requirements:
Must be American Red Cross, CPR and AED certified. To be a swim instructor you must be WSI certified. You can come in as a lifeguard and get WSI certified through us!
