RWE Design Build is growing, and we’re looking for a highly skilled carpenter who takes pride in precision metal framing and clean drywall finishes.

This is not an entry-level framing position. We’re looking for a true 4th Year-level carpenter who can run with tasks independently and deliver high-quality commercial results.
Responsibilities:
Frame commercial metal stud walls, ceilings, and soffits
Perform layout from blueprints and field measurements
Hang drywall accurately and efficiently
Tape, mud, sand, and finish drywall (Level 4–5 finish)
Work independently with minimal supervision
Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
Requirements
4th Year Carpenter skill level (or equivalent experience)
Strong commercial metal framing experience
Proficient in drywall hanging and finishing
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Reliable transportation
Valid driver's license
Hand tools
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift 50 pounds & work in various weather conditions
OSHA 30 construction safety certification preferred
Ability to read & interpret construction plans & blueprints
Excellent teamwork & communication skills.
