As a Parts & Service Representative, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them find the right parts and service solutions while growing sales within your assigned territory.
What You'll Do
- Develop and grow aftermarket parts and service sales within an assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct customer visits and sales calls to identify needs and uncover new business opportunities.
- Recommend parts and service solutions that help customers improve vehicle performance and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, customer activity, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for growth.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity, and territory information.
- Partner with Truck Sales, Service, Parts, and Credit teams to support overall customer success.
- 5 years of sales experience, preferably in heavy-duty truck, transportation, automotive, equipment, parts, or service-related industries.
- Proven ability to build customer relationships and generate sales growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record (this is a safety sensitive position).
