Overview
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments across multiple properties. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently while upholding high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in designated areas, including common spaces, laundry rooms, and residential rental units.
- Clean interior areas (dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing surfaces, fixtures, and equipment).
- Maintain exterior grounds by picking up trash and ensuring outdoor areas remain tidy.
- Handle unit move-in/move-out cleans to prepare spaces for new tenants.
- Properly dispose of waste and replenish supplies as needed.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned.
Requirements & Experience
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred, but not required.
- Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and techniques is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working unsupervised most of the time.
- Reliable vehicle required (mileage reimbursed).
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with team members and clients.
Additional Details
- Guaranteed 20 hours per week to start, with opportunities for additional hours.
- All cleaning supplies and equipment will be provided.
