Job Title: Project Coordinator
Job Classification: Full Time Position
Location: Springfield, NJ
Overview: The candidate will provide support to the Springfield, NJ Project Management and Estimating teams.
Responsibilities:
These responsibilities/functions may include but are not limited to the following:
· Job setups in accounting and construction management applications including uploading drawings and filing commitments
· Assist in distributing company literature to field employees
· Assist Project Management with planning, communicating, and scheduling
· Assist Project Management with maintaining accurate inventory as it relates to construction projects
· Track and enter receipts from field.
· Learn and understand the billing process, pay applications and lien waivers
· Maintain a clean and organized workspace
· Schedule and attend meetings as needed
· Learn and understand the importance of effective communication
· Learn and understand the importance of customer relations
· Review time entries to ensure accuracy
· Any other tasks needed within the department
Required Competencies/Skills:
· Strong problem-solving skills
· Ability to multitask
· Exceptional attention to detail
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to lift 25 lbs
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Willingness to take initiative and accept responsibility for assigned tasks

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
