RVO Health is seeking a junior level HRIS Associate to support our fast paced Human Capital team. The ideal candidate has 1 to 2 years of hands on HRIS experience with exposure to payroll and benefits, strong attention to detail, and confidence working in ADP Workforce Now. In this role, you will support daily HRIS administration, payroll and benefits impacting data updates, reporting requests, workflows, and user support while ensuring accuracy in job data, pay changes, tax and location coding, and eligibility settings. You will help enhance HR processes, support clean payroll execution, and contribute to a positive employee experience through reliable and well managed system data. Where You'll Be
To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on an in office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our South Charlotte office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.
Travel: 5 to 15 percent depending on business needs and scheduled in advance when possible

What You’ll Do
HRIS Administration & System Support
- Support configuration, maintenance, and daily HRIS administration in ADP Workforce Now
- Manage employee data updates, job changes, pay profiles, tax and location coding, and eligibility settings
- Assist with open enrollment setup, life event updates, merit cycle preparation, testing, and validation
- Troubleshoot user issues and perform routine data audits to ensure integrity and accuracy
- Run recurring and ad hoc reports to support HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and HRBPs
- Pull, clean, and reconcile employee data across systems
- Validate payroll and benefits related data fields including pay changes, earnings, deductions, and enrollment information to ensure accurate payroll results.
- Review and process HRIS change requests with proper documentation
- Monitor ticket queues and ensure timely routing and completion
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual work
- Partner with IT and vendors to maintain system integrations and data synchronization.
- Review and troubleshoot file feed errors and support API or mapping-related issues.
- Ensure accurate and consistent data flow across HR, payroll, benefits, and connected systems.
- Monitor carrier file and data transmission results and escalate discrepancies as needed
- Assist with resolving data issues that impact vendor files or payroll results
- Coordinate with internal partners and vendors when follow up is required
- Provide system guidance and basic training to HR team members and end users
- Support communication of HRIS updates and process changes
- Assist with job classification data reviews and updates
- 1 to 2 years of hands on experience in HRIS, HR operations, payroll, or benefits
- Exposure to ADP Workforce Now and employee data administration
- Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, XLOOKUP or VLOOKUP, and data validation
- Ability to work with confidential data, manage multiple requests, and maintain accuracy
- Strong partnership mindset, attention to detail, and comfort in a fast paced environment
- Experience updating job data, compensation fields, earnings and deductions, and eligibility details
- Understanding of payroll impacts, tax and location coding, and benefit deductions
- Data auditing capabilities supporting payroll and benefits accuracy
- Ability to learn and grow into broader system ownership
- Experience with Workday, SuccessFactors, ADP Vantage, or BambooHR
- Familiarity with compensation structures, job families, and grade frameworks
- Exposure to ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk
- Starting Salary: $52,000 - $65,000
