BI Developer II

What You Will Be Doing

The BI Developer II plays a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role collaborates closely with BI leadership, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure data integrity, operational efficiency, and actionable insight delivery. With a strong foundation in analytics, data processing, and stakeholder engagement, this role bridges the gap between technical data capabilities and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Use SQL and tools such as Snowflake, Alteryx, Power BI, and Tableau to research and validate data across platforms.
• Ensure data completeness, accuracy, and integrity across systems and sources; proactively resolve data issues as they arise.
• Analyze data to provide insights that inform business strategy and operational improvements.
• Develop, build, and deploy BI solutions including dashboards, advanced reporting, and analytics using tools available in the landscape (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL Management Studio).
• Maintain and enhance BI models and reporting assets, ensuring timely delivery of standard, ad hoc, and automated reports.
