LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse
Location: Carson City, Nevada
Contract Length: 6 Weeks with possible extension
Shift: 12 hours (Day & Night both Shift available)
Schedule: 3 × 12-hour shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join the nursing team in Carson City, Nevada. This is an 8-week contract opportunity offering a consistent 3×12-hour day shift schedule.

The LPN will provide quality nursing care to residents, work collaboratively with the healthcare team, and support the overall health and well-being of patients in a rehabilitation and long-term care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents according to established care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
• Monitor and document patients’ conditions, vital signs, and changes in health status.
• Assist with activities of daily living and provide patient-centered care.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and applicable nursing standards.
• Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition and report concerns to the appropriate healthcare provider.
• Promote a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Current and valid LPN/LVN license.
• Previous nursing experience, preferably in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care setting.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Must be able to commit to the full 6-week assignment.

Pay: $1,450.00 - $1,650.00 per week

Experience:
