We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Hospitality Manager - RV Park Manager to lead the daily operations of a vibrant recreational vehicle park. Duties
- Manage all aspects of park operations including guest check-in/out, reservations, on-site market and customer service inquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Optimize occupancy and staff utilization to increase profitability
- Coordinate property maintenance and facilities management to ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment
- Utilize our online property reservation platform to increase occupancy and profitabilty
- Implement sales strategies to upsell amenities and services, boosting revenue opportunities
- Resolve conflicts or guest concerns promptly using conflict management skills to maintain high satisfaction levelsQualifications
- Proven experience in property management or hospitality roles with a focus on RV parks or similar recreational properties or hospitality properties.
- Excellent customer service skills paired with professional phone etiquette and relationship management abilities
- Manage on-site convenience market operations
- Office experience with computer skills, owners report generation , and administrative support.
