Job Description
AECOM Hunt has an exciting high-rise hospitality project in Northern California!
Duties
- Under moderate supervision assists the Project Management team with management administration on a moderate size and scope project, or a portion of a large size and scope project, following set guidelines for completion of tasks.
- Under moderate supervision works toward objectives set by supervisor.
- Employee organizes and carries out most assignments in accordance with standard practices, instructions, or previous training.
- Employee handles situations independently.
- May work closely with BIM team and use modelling software.
- Works with Superintendents to address project questions/issues.
- Assists with and monitors change orders.
- May assist with regulatory compliance and financial reporting. Reviews project costs and schedules ensuring completion of project within budget and in conformance with contract.
- Works with document control systems, project management systems and other software or databases to keep information flow up-to-date and accurate.
- Attends meetings and reports on project tasks as needed.
- May provide technical direction and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- BA/BS Engineering/Construction Project Management or related curriculum and 2 years of relevant construction experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
- Strong experience in core and shell construction.
- Experience in high rise construction and structural construction.
- Experience in ground up commercial construction.
- Proficiency with construction documentation such as RFI, RFP, proposals, change order management, etc.
- Proficiency in construction software such as CMiC, Procore, etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Project, Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
- Experience working on construction projects in excess of 300MM.
- Hospitality, casino, hotel, high rise construction experience strongly preferred.
- This position does not include sponsorship for United States work authorization now or in the future.
- Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test.
- This position is not hybrid nor remote.
