In this role, you will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning, detailing, and maintaining the appearance of RVs and other vehicles on our lot. Your proactive approach will ensure our inventory remains attractive, clean, and ready for customer viewing. Responsibilities
- Perform exterior washing of RVs and vehicles using appropriate cleaning equipment, ensuring a streak-free finish and optimal vehicle appearance
- Detail vehicle interiors by vacuuming, cleaning upholstery, wiping surfaces, and ensuring a spotless environment for customer presentation
- Operate standard passenger cars and light trucks safely, adhering to all safe work practices and traffic regulations within the lot
- Assist with vehicle movement around the lot, including heavy lifting when necessary to reposition or organize inventory
- Maintain lot cleanliness by mowing, weed whacking, sweeping, trash removal, and general custodial duties to uphold a professional appearance
- Support additional tasks such as helping client take delivery and transferring their items.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in auto/rv detailing or auto/rv detailing facility preferred; familiarity with vehicle cleaning techniques and equipment is essential
- Ability to operate standard passenger cars safely; valid driving license required
- Knowledge of safe work practices related to heavy lifting, use of cleaning equipment, and vehicle handling
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude toward clients and team members
- Ability to perform manual tasks including heavy lifting and standing for extended periods of time
- Basic understanding of custodial or janitorial procedures applicable to auto detailing environments
