IFS ERP Service Maintenance

The Service Management Business System Analyst will be a highly motivated and self-driven individual that thrives in a fast-paced, exciting environment. Works independently with little to no guidance and is naturally inquisitive and adept in communication, and facilitation. This role provides an opportunity to leverage strong analytical/Service Management skills to solve complex business problems across multiple functional areas, while also providing technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and implementing systems and applications to support business requirements. This role requires someone that will demonstrate leadership in the Service and Maintenance business analysis discipline and apply their working knowledge of the company, industry, and/or business domain. 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:  

• Work directly with the client to improve service and invoice automation throughout their business cycle, reducing manual key entries in order to streamline redundant tasks. 
• Conduct site visits to speak with mechanics on perceptions and understanding of IFS Applications and assist with IFS configurations. 
• Organize and optimize operations performed outside of the office. 
• Analyze large data sets and provide insight on identified trends, risks, etc. 
• Assist with ensuring that any related service integration is properly scoped and implemented. 
• Perform and support the implementation of corrective actions from the problem management process. 
• Assess the completeness of existing application information through queries, data analysis, owner surveys, and/or engagement. 
• Support the measurement of application compliance and remediation plans to satisfy regulatory, audit, or business requirements. 
• Support the definition of roadmaps, including high-level needs analysis, solution evaluation and preparation of business cases related to proposed solutions 
• Perform and participate in the analysis, design, and implementation of business systems. 
• Formulate proposals for new systems, procedures and/ or processes.
