Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sales Closer located on-site in Malvern, PA. The Sales Closer will be responsible for managing the sales process from start to finish, including conducting customer consultations, negotiating deals, closing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks involve effective communication, handling escrow processes, and maintaining excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills and Customer Service experience
- Proven track record in exterior remodeling sales and Closings
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively on-site
- Previous experience in the home improvement or roofing industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not required
