Bridge Auto Group is expanding and bringing in serious leadership. We’re looking for a strong, hands-on Sales Manager who’s ready to step out of a stagnant dealership and into a store that’s aggressively scaling volume, improving processes, and investing in the right people.
If you’re currently carrying the sales floor at your store while management coasts, you’ll probably feel right at home here.
What You’ll Do
- Run the showroom floor with authority and structure
- Work directly with customers, take TOs, and close consistently
- Lead and develop a team that actually wants direction
- Solve customer issues with professionalism and speed
- Hold daily accountability without micromanaging
- Improve process adherence and follow-up execution
- Partner closely with the Desk Manager to keep the deal pipeline moving
- Train, coach, and build a stronger sales culture
