Full-time administrative assistant position for San Luis Obispo based Construction and Real Estate Management Company.
-Assist with bookkeeping duties: accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank account reconciliations.
-Assist with lease administration.
-Receptionist duties, answer calls, greet visitors.
-Filing and file organizing.
-Assist with obtaining insurance certificates from vendors and tenants.
-Open and distribute daily mail.
- Bank runs.
-Proficient with computers, Excel, and Word.
-Experience with QuickBooks and Outlook.
-Minimum of 1 year experience in office work/operations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
-Self-motivated.
-Friendly, positive, can-do attitude a must.
Attitude and ability to learn quickly as important than experience.
Having completed Jr College level business coursework helpful but not required.
Desire to be part of a small, cohesive team rather than large firm.
Full-time position.
Work hours: 8am-4:30pm (30 minute lunch)
Starting wage: $24/hr
