What are the responsibilities and job description for the EPIC Program Summer Enrichment Leaders position at Rutland City Public Schools?
Rutland City Public Schools’ Tapestry & EPIC Afterschool and Summer Program is seeking kind, dynamic, and passionate professionals to serve as Enrichment Leaders for students in grades 7–12.
Enrichment Leaders design and deliver high-quality, engaging enrichment experiences that support student growth, creativity, and skill development in a safe, welcoming, and student-centered environment.
Successful candidates are enthusiastic licensed educators or credentialed experts who value student voice, experiential learning, and collaborative program delivery that promotes confidence, engagement, and success.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s Degree with Vermont Teaching License or
•Credentialed community experts with demonstrated experience in their enrichment subject area
•Must meet all Vermont Agency of Education (AOE) and local requirements
•Must pass fingerprinting and background checks
•CPR/AED/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
The projected start date is June 22, with camp concluding on August 7th.
