How Your Day Flows
Your day starts onsite in Murfreesboro, aligning priorities with Fire leadership and scanning for time-sensitive updates. You move between focused desk work and quick coordination—reviewing numbers, organizing documentation, and keeping records current so information is easy to retrieve when questions arise. Midday, you troubleshoot a process snag with a customer-focused mindset, then reset files and trackers for clean month-end visibility. The schedule is typically Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., with occasional evenings or weekends as needed to support Fire operations.
