Key Responsibilities
- Answer and route telephone and pager calls
- Provide customer service and respond to routine inquiries
- Enter calls and activities into Chameleon
- Process and maintain records and documentation
- Prepare reports and correspondence
- Perform data entry and verify accuracy
- Coordinate communication between staff, agencies, and the public
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two (2) years of administrative, office support, or customer service experience (or equivalent)
