The purpose of this classification is to provide to provide implementation and oversight of all learning and development opportunities for offender participants incarcerated at the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center. This will ensure that all program participants can reach their professional and personal potential through skills training, educational opportunities, certification classes, and personal development programs. This position is responsible for monitoring the integrity and efficiency of standardized programming and developing opportunities for offenders to ensure their success upon release and re-entry into society. Reports to the Recovery Court Director. When working at the Sheriff's Office reports to Sergeant.
