What You’ll Do:
• Prepare cold dishes with precision — including salads, appetizers, desserts, and garnishes
• Follow standardized recipes and plating guides to ensure consistency and presentation
• Ensure all items are prepared in a timely and accurate manner for guest orders
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized station throughout service
• Assist with prep work, restocking, and closing duties as needed
What We’re Looking For:
• 1 year of pantry or cold-side kitchen experience preferred (fine dining a plus)
• Strong knife skills and attention to presentation details
• Ability to follow recipes and plating instructions with accuracy
• Organized, clean, and efficient work habits
• Dependable, team-focused attitude with a passion for food

DESIRED BACKGROUND AND SKILLS:
* Must be able to lift, handle, carry food, smallwares, equipment, supplies and paper goods at a minimum of 50 pounds.
* Must be able to constantly stand and exert well-paced mobility for a period up to four hours in length.
* Must be able to bend, kneel, stoop, reach and squat on a frequent basis to receive and store stock, supplies and equipment as well as to work the line during service periods.
* Must be able to communicate effectively and listen attentively to supervisors, employees, vendors and guests.
* Must be able to taste – to be able to distinguish between and among flavors, spices, temperatures, mouth feel and smell – to distinguish between and among odors and scents as to their appeal and level of intensity for all food and beverage products.
