What You’ll Do
• Lead daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to uphold the Ruth’s Chris brand standards.
• Recruit, train, and inspire team members to provide genuine, guest-focused service.
• Monitor financial performance and drive profitability through effective cost and labor management.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and service standards.
• Partner with the General Manager and culinary leadership to execute flawless dining experiences and special events.
• Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 3 years of full-service restaurant management experience, preferably in upscale or fine dining.
• Proven leadership skills with a focus on developing high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials, inventory, and scheduling.
• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• ServSafe or equivalent certification preferred.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

DESIRED BACKGROUND AND SKILLS:
*Minimum 3 years of full-service restaurant management experience, preferably in upscale or fine dining
*Experience in building solid customer relationships
*Management/Leaderships skills to lead by example
*Computer Literate- proficiency in MICROS, Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
*Excellent time management and organizational skills, detail oriented
*Performs well under pressure and can meet deadlines
*Superior written and verbal communication skills
*Positive attitude and upbeat personality
*Commitment to exceeding guest expectations
