What We’re Looking For:
• Upscale or fine dining restaurant management experience.
• Four-year degree in Business or Hospitality Management preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills – written and verbal.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Existing passion for wine, food and spirits and a willingness and desire to continuously expand your knowledge base.

-Proven experience as a G.M. or in a similar leadership role within the restaurant industry.
-In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions.
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
-Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
-Proficient in financial management, budgeting, and cost-control techniques.
-Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
