Supervise and coordinate all Breakfast Service activities. Ensure that Ruth's Chris service and guest experience are in accordance with established Ruth’s Chris Steak House standards and procedures. Responsible for a safe, fun, and productive work environment. Ensures team adherence to all policies and procedures.
Support the service staff; ensure the highest levels of quality and service; visit tables to interact with guests; monitors proper front door procedures, seating and greeting which result in effective control of the flow of our guests.
