Responsibilities
Prepare and cook breakfast menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
Ensure food is presented attractively and served in a timely manner.
Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation throughout the shift.
Monitor inventory and keep the breakfast station fully stocked and prepared for service.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines.
Clean and reset the breakfast station and kitchen area at the conclusion of service.
Work closely with team members to provide an outstanding guest experience.
Qualifications
Previous cooking or breakfast preparation experience preferred.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.

1. Must be able to lift, handle and carry beverage items, supplies, glass racks, smallwares and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
2. Must have a good sense of balance, be able to bend, kneel, stoop, reach and squat on a frequent basis to obtain and store food, beverage items, smallwares and service equipment.
3. Must be able to constantly stand and exert well-paced mobility for a period up to four hours in length.
4. Must be able to communicate effectively and listen attentively to supervisors, employees and guests
