What are the responsibilities and job description for the Skilled laborer/Carpenter's helper/remodeling position at Rustic Ridge Construction?
Job Summary - Rustic Ridge is looking for someone with prior construction experience to join us in all our new construction projects. Minimum experience we are looking for would be someone familiar with hand and power tools that can complete certain tasks after instructions. Example would be receiving measurements and completing cuts of various material. Skilled candidates will be given small projects to complete on their own, gradually given more responsibilities as the work meets our standards.
Duties
- The assigned tasks will be determined by the applicants skill level. We specialize in remodeling, new construction, and custom carpentry.
Experience
- Familiarity with jobsites and ability to navigate smoothly while assisting foreman and enabling the flow of work to progress efficiently
- Experience working on residential sites with carpentry, framing, drywalling, flooring ext.
- Knowledge of construction materials beneficial
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
