Job Duties:

Communicate with clients professionally via in-person interactions, phone calls, text messages, and emails.

Check clients in and out for appointments efficiently.

Make reminder calls for upcoming appointments and patient health needs.

Schedule initial and follow-up appointments accurately.

Process over-the-counter sales and refill requests.
Required Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to stay calm and professional in high-pressure situations.

Proficiency in operating general office equipment.

Competence with computer software and scheduling systems.
