Job Duties:
- Communicate with clients professionally via in-person interactions, phone calls, text messages, and emails.
- Check clients in and out for appointments efficiently.
- Make reminder calls for upcoming appointments and patient health needs.
- Schedule initial and follow-up appointments accurately.
- Process over-the-counter sales and refill requests.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stay calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in operating general office equipment.
- Competence with computer software and scheduling systems.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
