Key Responsibilities:
- Expedite food from the kitchen
- Clean up buffet areas after cocktail hour
- Maintain the hygiene and food safety of the cocktail hour food
- Assist with dinner service, bringing main course items to the tables
- Assist with cake cutting and plating
- Reset cocktail areas for the next day’s service
Additional responsibilities directed by your Matre’d or Terrace Supervisor
