Compensation: $17.00–$18.00 per hour
Employment type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00am–1:00pm (weekends off)
We're looking for reliable, hardworking Food Production Workers to join our packaging team. We produce high-volume meals every day for senior meal programs and community organizations. This is a production line job, not a cooking job: you'll pack freshly cooked meals into containers on a conveyor line, quickly and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Place cooked food into 3-compartment meal containers on a moving conveyor line
- Operate the tray sealing machine
- Keep up with line speed to meet daily production deadlines
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Clean the production line and work area after production
Requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Ability to work at a steady pace on a production line
- Reliable and punctual; early morning start
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Must wear required gear (hairnet, gloves, apron)
- Strong teamwork skills
Preferred
- Experience in food production, packaging, or assembly-line work
