Production Supervisor

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee operations within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing assembly line activities, ensuring efficient production processes, and maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of mechanical operations within a factory setting.

Duties

• Supervise daily production activities on the assembly line to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to manage inventory and materials needed for production.
• Train and mentor team members on the proper use of hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
• Monitor production quality and implement corrective actions as necessary to maintain standards.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve fabrication processes and enhance productivity.
• Conduct regular safety inspections of the work area and enforce compliance with safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of production output, equipment maintenance, and employee performance.

Skills

• Proven experience in a manufacturing facility with a strong understanding of assembly line operations.
• Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools commonly used in fabrication processes.
• Solid mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
• Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse machinery is preferred.
• Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to motivate team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,600.00 - $60,000.00 per year
