Outdoor Specialist / Crew Member

Russo Lawn Care is looking for one dependable, motivated professional to help us build the next chapter of our company.

We are a growing outdoor services company serving high-quality residential properties throughout Cincinnati’s west side. We believe in doing things the right way, treating customers with respect, and taking pride in every property we maintain.

We’re not looking for someone who simply knows how to run a mower.

We’re looking for someone who wants to become a trusted leader.

What You’ll Do

Maintain high-end residential properties

Operate commercial mowing and landscaping equipment

Perform mowing, trimming, edging, cleanups, mulch installation, planting, and landscape improvements

Work directly with the owner to maintain exceptional quality

Help identify ways to improve efficiency and customer experience

Grow into a leadership role as the company grows

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Reliable transportation

Ability to perform physical outdoor work in varying weather conditions

Professional attitude and strong work ethic

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
