We are currently hiring for a Crew Member position in our Arborist Division.
This position is specifically designed for an arborist/tree climber in training who wants to learn more about the industry and quickly advance themselves to an arborist crew leader.

The following skills are the job description for the crew leader position. All of these skills are not required for the crew member position.
Arborist Division Crew Member Required Skills and Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Experience driving large trucks and trailers
- Groundsperson Experience assisting Climbers
· Proficient in proper pruning techniques for large shade trees and ornamentals.
· Experience in proper rigging, knots, tree removal, stump grinding, woodchipper operation, chainsaw operation and running various other tree care equipment.
Additional Skills and qualifications (not required, but a huge plus!)
- ISA Certified Arborist
- · Class A CDL
- · Mechanically inclined
- · General foreman/project management experience

Our 15 crews and 3 locations currently offer landscaping, swimming pools, hardscapes, advanced carpentry, lighting, maintenance and more. Due to overwhelming demand by our customers we started an Arborist Division in 2024. This is our fastest growing division, we are looking for great people to help build this division!

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
