Small office seeking full time customer service representative with seasonally heavy phone traffic.
Responsibilities include:
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer emails in a timely manner.
- Receive and prioritize delivery requests.
- Analyze account information and answer customer inquiries.
- Initiate collection calls/emails/text messages and follow up.
- Negotiate payment arrangements on delinquent accounts.
- Receive credit card or ACH payment via telephone.
- Additional duties as required.
Skills and qualifications including but not limited to:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Multitasking and organizational skills are a must.
- Answering and prioritizing incoming and outgoing communications.
- Ability to analyze information to respond to customers accurately.
- Ability to focus in a fast paced environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
**PAY RATE IS SUBJECT TO EXPERIENCE

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
