Job Summary
We are looking for a Human Resources Assistant to become part of our team. The ideal candidate will offer administrative support to the HR department and assist with various HR-related functions.
Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding initiatives
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring all documentation is current
- Coordinating HR projects, meetings, and events
- Addressing employee inquiries and providing basic HR-related information
- Performing clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and proofreading documents
Skills
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Capability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
- Familiarity with Google Suite and Outlook Calendar is a plus
- Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous
