Responsibilities
- Lead talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews

- Administer employee evaluations, performance management initiatives, and training & development programs to promote continuous growth
- Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and fostering a positive work environment
- Ensure compliance with employment & labor law, OSHA standards, workers' compensation policies, and affirmative action planning requirements
- Support benefits administration activities including enrollment, data collection, and communication of benefits
Skills

- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruiting strategies, and HR sourcing techniques
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
