Human Resources Director at Russellville Hospital
Position Purpose:
The Human Resources Director is responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing, and managing all personnel activities at Russellville Hospital. This role also involves staying current with all personnel policies and procedures, benefits programs, and workers' compensation initiatives.
Position Qualifications:
Education:
A High School Diploma is required, while a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in an HR environment is preferred.
Experience:
Ideal candidates should demonstrate proficiency in both written and verbal communication, along with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with the public. Following directions and performing work in accordance with departmental standards, even in the absence of guidance, is essential. Candidates must also exhibit emotional maturity and the capacity to function effectively under stress.
Working Conditions:
This position requires a minimum of 40 hours of work per week, with the possibility of exceeding 40 hours to meet necessary deadlines. Participation in mandatory corporate meetings that may require travel to the corporate office or other locations is expected. Additionally, involvement in continuing education opportunities, both in-house and external, is necessary, along with participation in all required emergency drills.
