The Scientific Team at Russell Tobin & Associates is hiring a Supplier Enablement Process Analyst for a world-class client in Maplewood, MN!
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a background in procurement, supply chain, business operations, or supplier data management who are looking to support a large-scale procurement transformation project.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Support supplier onboarding activities and onboarding new suppliers into the procurement system
✅ Maintain, clean, and validate supplier master data
✅ Prepare and analyze Excel reports
✅ Support documentation, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate supplier data and efficient procurement processes
Required Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor's degree (required)
✔ Basic understanding of Procurement or Supply Chain Management
✔ Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
✔ Experience with supplier onboarding, data management, reporting, or procurement operations
✔ Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
✔ Basic knowledge of Power BI is a plus
Position Details:
📍 Location: Maplewood, MN
🏢 Work Model: 100% onsite for approximately 2 weeks of training, then hybrid
📅 Duration: 12-month contract with the possibility of extension
💲 Pay Rate: $25–$28/hour
