Strategic Sourcing/Procurement Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Procurement / Vendor Management Program Manager to support a large-scale bank acquisition (ANB integration). This role will lead vendor-level planning and execution efforts to ensure smooth transition and integration of third-party services into the bank’s ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead vendor integration planning as part of the bank’s acquisition of ANB, ensuring alignment across business, IT, Legal, and sourcing teams
• Oversee and track 700 vendor-level workstreams, while directly managing selected critical vendor integrations
• Analyze vendor contracts and services to define integration, termination, or continuation strategies
• Support pre-close planning and post-close execution, transitioning from strategy to implementation
• Drive stakeholder coordination, reporting, issue tracking, and progress governance across all vendor activities

What We’re Looking For

• 5 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Vendor Management
• Strong Program/Project Management experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Experience managing vendor contracts, negotiations, and sourcing strategies
• Prior exposure to banking, financial services, or merger & acquisition environments (highly preferred)
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and execution mindset
• Ability to manage large-scale vendor ecosystems and work cross-functionally
• Proactive, hands-on professional with a “get things done” attitude

***Pay range- $100-$110.00/hour
