Russell Tobin is seeking detail-oriented and compassionate professionals to join a fast-paced Operations Support team supporting clients through sensitive account transitions and inheritance processes. 📍 Hybrid | South Jordan, UT

📅 6–12 Month Contract

💲 $23 - $24/hour on W2

Work Schedule Overview:

• Training will be fully onsite

• After training, schedule becomes hybrid — 3 days onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-touch client support throughout inheritance and beneficiary account processes
• Handle inbound and outbound communication with clients, beneficiaries, advisors, and internal teams
• Assist with account transitions, asset transfers, estate-related requests, and documentation processing
• Deliver empathetic, professional, and timely customer service while managing sensitive financial matters
• Research and resolve account issues accurately and efficiently
• Maintain detailed case documentation and update internal systems accordingly
• Ensure compliance with company policies, verification procedures, and regulatory guidelines
• Manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced operations environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, banking operations, financial services, call center, or client support preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and documentation skills
• Comfortable working with internal systems and Microsoft Office applications
