The Scientific Team at Russell Tobin & Associates is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Validation & Compliance Engineer to join a world-class client in Indianapolis, IN
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure equipment, systems, and facilities are properly installed and consistently perform as intended
• Develop and execute IQ/OQ/PQ validation protocols
• Prepare and maintain thorough documentation and reports
• Ensure compliance with FDA, EMA, and internal SOP guidelines
• Manage deviations, CAPA, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Support CQV/Validation activities across projects
💼 Additional Details:
• Contract Duration: 6 months (with potential extension)
• Pay Rate: $52/hour
